By accessing this website or commissioning our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

FXS Vision provides software development, AI automation, SaaS, CRM, ERP, business intelligence, digital marketing, cloud infrastructure, and advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of FXS Vision and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and assets required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period agreed in the proposal.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. We are happy to sign a dedicated Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXS Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

We deliver our services with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, our services are provided without additional warranties of any kind.

Either party may terminate an engagement under the conditions defined in the applicable project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
